Collection: Zen series

This Series was inspired by the famous rustic Shigaraki-Yaki pottery of Ancient East Asia that was known for it's earthy organic feel and look. Japanese pottery is easily regonized by it's dramatic brush stokes, so I added my interpertation of this art by adding smaller splashes of Art Deco to give a bit of brightness and contrast to the matt glazing.
